Lehigh Valley Town Center planned for Lower Macungie Township

Jaindl Land Company is planning to build a mixed-use development on 60 acres that will include 550 residential units in Lower Macungie Township.
Dave Jaindl said Lehigh Valley Town Center will be built on property bordered by Schantz Road, Cedarbrook Road, Fred Jaindl Memorial Highway and I-78.
The project, which is still in the approval process, will bring Topgolf to Lehigh Valley, Jaindl said.
Topgolf, which Jaindl called a “new concept” is an indoor/outdoor, two-story driving range and entertainment venue.
The plans also call for 14,000 square feet of retail space, a 12,500-square-foot boutique grocer and a 20,000-square-foot restaurant.
Jaindl said plans for the “luxury lifestyle” town center include a boutique bowling alley and hotel along with 180,000 square feet of office space.
Luke Jaindl said approvals will probably take another 15 months, however certain parts of the project could be phased in earlier.
