DesignPoint Interior Architecture
Les McCoy is founder and president of DesignPoint Interior Architecture in Bethlehem, founded in 1995, according to a previous Power List profile.
“As the founder and president of DesignPoint, Inc. my main role at this stage of my career is business development and maintaining client relations,” McCoy previously said.
His role focuses on growing the business and mentoring the next generation of leadership at DesignPoint.
“As part of the mentoring process, I encourage our team to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to help them see the bigger picture and prepare for future challenges,” he said.
DesignPoint Interior Architecture offers concept, design, construction, furnishing and procurement services to commercial, hospitality and senior living clients, the company’s website said.
“One of my most meaningful achievements in 2024 has been reaching the milestone of completing our 29th year in business and preparing to celebrate our 30-year anniversary on January 1, 2025. This accomplishment holds great significance, especially in such a competitive and challenging design industry,” McCoy said.
He added recognition as one of the Lehigh Valley’s Icons for 2024 and one of the Empowering Women award winners for 2024 was an incredible honor.”
