United Way Greater Lehigh Valley
Marci Lesko provides strategic leadership to drive the United Way Greater Lehigh Valley forward and strengthen the community.
She said one of the main functions of her role is to actualize the board of director’s vision to improve community lives and conditions. This is accomplished by raising resources, stewarding those resources and leading the organization. Lesko also guides long-term vision and planning and leads a senior leadership team and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, belonging and shared purpose.
“During my first year as president and CEO, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley raised a record-breaking $26 million through its annual campaign and navigated meaningful partnerships and mergers that will create lasting impact on the region. Among United Way’s many accomplishments, I am most proud of serving our community of Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon counties with our best-in-class organization,” Lesko said.
