Medical building fully leased in Wilson Borough

A medical building across from St. Luke’s Easton Hospital in Wilson Borough has been fully leased.
Matt Sprung of NAI Summit leased the remaining space in the 15,304 square-foot 2001-2005 Fairview Ave. office building after obtaining the listing in February, NAI said.
Recovery Cove, a mental health clinic, leased a 5,925-square-foot suite and Good Health Acupuncture leased an 1,812-square-foot suite, joining the existing tenant LVHN Cardiology Group.
Sprung represented both the landlord and Recovery Cove, while Jennifer Kennedy, NAI Summit, represented Good Health America and Sprung represented the landlord, NAI said.
