Three leaders and initiatives of Members 1st Federal are finalists in the .

Nationwide, there are 30 credit unions who are finalists in this year’s program. The award celebrates changemakers who drive progress, advance financial well-being and make a lasting impact on the credit union movement.

Members 1st finalists include:

  • CIO of the Year – Garth Pricer. Recognized for strengthening fraud prevention and delivering secure digital solutions that create seamless experiences.
  • Excellence in Marketing – “Around the House”. A short-form video series that educates and empowers first-time homebuyers through accessible, community-driven financial education.
  • Executive Leadership – CEO, Michael Wilson. Celebrated for visionary leadership that has fueled growth, advanced advocacy and expanded Members 1st’s impact within its footprint.

Winners of the 2025 Credit Union Times Luminaries Awards will be announced at the 4th annual awards dinner on Nov. 6.
