Michael Adams is senior vice president at NAI Summit in South Whitehall Township a role he has held since 2011, according to the NAI Summit website.
Adams said about 75% of the business is in the industrial real estate sector.
“Our team includes Sarah Finney, Collin Holben and I. [We] work with buyers, sellers and landlords. We also work as tenant representatives for companies searching to buy or lease a building. Our team effort allows us to efficiently provide service to all our clients so there is no delay in the process,” Adams said.
As broker of record at NAI Summit, Adams’s role includes the sale and lease of industrial flex and warehouse properties. Adams facilitates transactions that attract businesses, create jobs and strengthen local and regional economies.
In 2024, the sale of 315 Columbia Street in Bethlehem to the Bethlehem Area School District was a top achievement.
“This building is the former Factory LLC Building located in Southside Bethlehem. Factory LLC model had changed therefore they no longer needed this type of building. They asked us in November to put this on the market and find a buyer. Within 30 days we found multiple buyers and closed on the property before the end of the year,” Adams said.
