In his role as Senior Vice President of NAI Summit, Michael Bartolacci said he specializes in commercial real estate with a focus on office and industrial real estate.
“My responsibilities include providing strategic planning, leasing, investment sales, acquisitions, and site selection services to corporate clients both locally in the Lehigh Valley and across the country,” Bartolacci said. “I work closely with clients in various industries, including industrial, office, and healthcare, to help them navigate their real estate needs and make informed decisions that align with their business goals.”
According to Bartolacci, a big hurdle in the industry is adapting to changing market demands and economic uncertainties, particularly in the wake of fluctuating interest rates and evolving work-from-home trends.
“By staying proactive and responsive, we aim to navigate these hurdles effectively and continue delivering value to our clients,” he said.
A big project NAI Summit has been working on is the disposition of the Dixie Cup manufacturing facility in Wilson Borough. “This building is a 625,000-square-foot, four-story vacant building,” Bartolacci said. “This project is complex with several layers that needed to be addressed before the building can enter a new life. This project is particularly significant and holds great importance not only for the community’s growth, but also for preserving a local landmark while providing much-needed housing options in the area.”
