As the president of the company, Richard Reppert oversees the daily operations of the company. He works with his team to ensure the company not only bids projects which are beneficial for the company, but he also works with the project managers to confirm they have what they need to in order to successfully complete their projects.
Reppert has been in his current position for eight years.
Being named the chairman of the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors is his most significant professional achievement in 2023. “As a member of this organization for 30 years, I am proud to have served in this capacity for the association which has significantly helped our company since we joined. This broadened my experience and knowledge by allowing me to work side-by-side by with a vast array of contractors and build multiple connections beyond what I already have built,” he said.
