WellSpring Financial, an independent financial advisory firm serving eastern Pennsylvania, proudly commemorates its 25th anniversary this month. Founded in January 2001 as Informed Family Financial Services by Jeffrey Bush and Barry Waronker, the firm has evolved into a multi-office practice dedicated to holistic financial advice.
Starting with just two advisors, the firm now boasts a dedicated staff of eight. Bush serves as CEO and CFO, bringing decades of expertise in comprehensive financial strategies. Steve Jablonski, President, joined in 2016 and was promoted to partner in 2020, providing strong leadership in ethical, client-focused planning. Shannon LaRosse, Chief Operating Officer, was integrated through the 2022 acquisition and has since solidified the firm’s operational excellence.
