For 19 years as the broker and owner of Better Home and Gardens Real Estate Cassidon Realty, Jack Gross oversees operations and transactions and guides agents while holding weekly strategic planning to focus on setting goals, identifying growth opportunities, and making decisions about expansion.
“My leadership prioritizes agent development through accessible support, tailored workshops, and mentorship,” Gross said. “This commitment has become even more crucial as we navigate the recent changes in NAR regulations, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of industry best practice.”
Gross said a hurdle for the industry has been the recent NAR lawsuit. “We’ve instituted weekly training workshops for agents and staff, ensuring we maintain compliance and uphold our high standards,” Gross said. “Our primary focus remains: exceptional client representation. This commitment drives our actions and decision-making, including our emphasis on continuous education. These training initiatives not only keep our team informed and compliant but enhance our ability to provide outstanding service in this evolving industry.”
“This year I committed myself to overhaul our agent workshop calendar to provide more hands-on training opportunities,” Gross said. “My goal was to move away from traditional lecture-style workshops – instead create interactive sessions where the agents could actively participate and better apply their skills. As a broker, ongoing agent development is extremely important to me. Well-trained, knowledgeable agents are essential for delivering exceptional client experiences.”
