Jeffrey Stewart
Counsel
White and Williams LLP
At White and Williams, Jeffrey Stewart focuses his practice on labor and employment matters, representing business, governmental and not-for-profit employers, according to his online bio.
“I consider myself to be a problem solver,” he said. “My clients appreciate my desire to learn the unique aspects of their businesses and my ability to then apply the law to their situation. Whenever a client is facing an issue, I try to look at it from all angles to gather as much information as possible. I then work with my client to develop various potential solutions, keeping in mind their goals and objectives. We then examine the pros and cons of each option so they can make an informed decision.”
Stewart was a sportswriter for three years before attending law school. “While I loved sports, I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to make a difference and work to uphold the law. No two days are alike – which is what makes my career choice rewarding.”
He said he loves to play card games, especially poker. “I enjoy matching my wits and skill against other players at the table. This past summer, I had the opportunity to travel to Las Vegas and compete in the World Series of Poker, which is something I can now cross off my bucket list!”
