Sandra Kuhns is president of K&H Custom Window Treatments, a role she has held for 38 years.
Kuhns is responsible for oversight of the daily sales, installation and operations at the Allentown-based company. As well as its strategic and financial decisions, Kuhns is responsible for human resources, community engagement; development and maintenance of the company’s customer relationships.
“In 2023 K&H was on the list of LVB Fastest Growing Companies. [As] 2024 was our 38th year in business, it was significant to me that we were able to maintain that elevated level of sales and profits while continuing to support our long-standing clients,” Kuhns said.
K&H products include shades – including manual and motorized options; dual shades, blackout shades and blinds; privacy curtains, theatre curtains and fabric treatments, the company’s website said.
“We also hired an operations director to assist in overseeing our install team as well as estimators and project managers. This was necessary addition to our staff in order to support our current and future growth,” Kuhns said.
