As president of Boyle Construction, Sean Boyle oversees every facet of the business. He actively engages the management team to implement key initiatives. Boyle challenges Boyle Construction’s staff daily to deliver exceptional service and transparency to their clients, emphasizing the importance of strong relationships both within the company and with external partners. He said he particularly enjoys being involved in the early stages of projects, where the vision is crafted and refined.
Boyle said he has been fortunate to welcome several new key team members across all departments in recent years.
“While the industry faces challenges in attracting the next generation of skilled tradespeople and project managers, we are proactively addressing this by developing robust internal mentoring programs, as well as comprehensive training and career paths,” Boyle said. “These initiatives not only help attract new talent but also ensure the retention and growth of our current employees.”
Boyle Construction is proud to have partnered with Embree Development and LVHN on several Neighborhood Hospitals. Macungie and Gilbertsville opened in the last year as stand-alone acute care hospitals.
“These and future projects feature a full-service ER, inpatient medical unit, and ambulatory diagnostics. Sites include the hospital and a complementing medical office building on the same campus. These hospitals significantly enhance healthcare access in areas previously lacking 24/7 services,” Boyle said.
