Andrea Brady is the principal and leader of assurance services for the CLA (Clifton Larson Allen LLP) in its Bethlehem office, a role she has held for more than 10 years.
Brady has over 20 years of industry specialty experience in manufacturing, distribution and real estate. Brady is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification professional.
The Lean Six Sigma program equips participants with “advanced problem solving techniques and leadership skills” to drive organizational improvements, the Six Sigma Global Institute website said.
“Reflecting on 2024, my accomplishments centered [on] utilizing AI to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks and drive consistent, timely communication with clients,” Brady said.
She said using AI to assist with tasks provided time for more strategic initiatives.
“It’s been a year of resetting, executing simple tasks well and bringing clients strategies that make a difference,” Brady said.
Brady said in a previous Power List profile among recent significant professional accomplishments was introducing several clients to digital services, among them automation and data analytics and client accounting and advisory services, which includes outsourcing and business opportunity assessments.
“In some instances, the introduction of these services helped uncover important business needs the client wasn’t even aware of. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when helping clients go beyond the compliance services. That is the CLA Promise – to know you and help you,” she previously said.
