Gregg Ciocca is CEO of Ciocca Dealerships, a role he has held for the past 40 years.
Ciocca owns and operates 53 automobile dealerships in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with roughly $2 billion in car sales, according to the company’s website.
In a previous Power List, Ciocca said his corporate objectives for success center on employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and good relationships with manufacturers and partner companies.
“The corporate objectives to achieve success have always been to focus on employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and maintaining good relationships with our manufacturers and partner companies,” Gregg Ciocca said in a previous Power List.
Last year, Automotive News’ 40 Under 40 named his son, Greg Ciocca Jr., among the top 40 high achievers under the age of 40 working at new car dealerships, the Ciocca website said.
